Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Plans, Billing, and Credits

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. If you exceed your limits, you may need to upgrade or wait for the next cycle.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt platform availability.
• Do not upload or analyze content you do not have permission to evaluate.
• Do not reverse engineer or scrape the platform outside documented APIs.

Content and Results

You retain ownership of your content. We generate analysis results using automated tooling and AI models. While we strive for accuracy, outputs are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, AI processing, payments, and monitoring. Their terms may also apply to your use of RoastMyPage.

Disclaimers

RoastMyPage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results will improve conversion rates or business outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoastMyPage and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access poses risk to the platform. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
